7 year mechanical warranty:

You won’t need to worry about your heating or air conditioning, your plumbing system, your electrical system or any major installed appliance for 7 whole years!  This program is administered by American Home Guard, an A+ rated insurance company for the last 20 years. Except for a nominal deductible, American Home Guard pays the cost of repairs including parts and labor. 

10 year structural warranty

Underwritten by RWC (Residential Warranty Corporation), this warranty covers the major structural components of the home, including the foundation.

130 point whole-house inspection

Prior to move in, a 130 point inspection is conducted by a nationally certified home inspector. The inspector goes over every detail of the home, marking deficiencies. This ensures you that your new house is built to the quality standard you deserve.
