Every new Potterhill Home comes standard with a 2/10 warranty, which means you can rest assured your home is covered. The warranty covers virtually everything in your home for 2 years (aside from cosmetic wear & tear), and covers structural defects for 10 years.

In addition to the 2/10 warranty, your new home comes with a 1 year drywall touch-up.

Last but definately not least, all manufacturer's warranties (ie. shingles, appliances, siding) are passed on to the homeowner.

And all of these warranties are transferrable should you ever decide to sell your home!
