A: All Potterhill Homes built in the City of Cincinnati will qualify for a 10-year tax abatement on the home. That means you only pay taxes on the value of the land.  Homeowners wishing to LEED certify their homes will be eligible for a 15-year tax abatement. Ask your sales person for more details.
